Awards & Scholarships

ARLIS/NE offers two awards and a scholarship. The purpose of the awards and scholarship is to support the attendance of ARLIS/NE members at the ARLIS/NA annual conference, offer opportunities for professional development, and extend aid to aspiring art information professionals currently enrolled or accepted into a fully accredited New England school of library and/or information science.

Committees

Janis Manzo, Christina Jedziniak, and Rachel Resnik served on the 2007 Awards Committee. Debby Aframe (Worcester Art Museum) and Darin Murphy (Harvard College Library - Fine Arts Library) have agreed to serve on the 2008 Awards Committee.

Due to a lack of applicants, no Travel Award was presented.
